I’ve never been one to overthink an outfit or really take too much time into putting something together, the fact that I’m not a huge fan of colour helps when getting dressed as I don’t have to faff about looking for a perfect colour/pattern combo. With that said I have started to break away from the black/grey usual’s. I’ve really got into the more neutral tones, which isn’t surprising as the high street, catwalk runway shows, fellow bloggers and just about every god damn thing on earth is “nuded’ up, from makeup to interiors and clothing, even the “free the nipple” epidemic is a nude within itself. We’ve gone nude bonkers!!
With Spring just around the corner I’ve slowly started to stuff my sweaters/jumpers/knits and every cosy and warm item imaginable to the back of the closet to prep myself for the best season the U.K has to offer! Don’t get me wrong I’m completely and utterly aware that it was snowing just last week so I’m not walking around in shorts and a tee – just mental prep to get me through the horrific cold kinda’ thing.
One of my favourite clothing items ever ever are coats! I’ve dedicated previous posts to these wonderful threaded beauties as a token of my appreciation.
Particular outwear I’m obsessed with are Dusters/Trenches! I feel they really complete an outfit and are so versatile to dress an outfit up or down which is key especially when you’re getting dressed in a hurry and your outfit is all sorts of mismatch – a dusters got your back!
